Ingredients for Kale Sprouts Rice
- › Rice - 50 g
- › Kale - 30 g
- › Sprouts - 30 g
- › Onion - 25 g
- › Tomato - 60 g
- › Ginger Garlic - 10 g
- › Corriander - 10 g
- › Chilly - 10 g
- › Bay leaf - 1
- › Salt
- › Oil - 10 g
Method
1. Blend together the chilly corriander ginger garlic. Set aside.
2. In a pressure pot add the oil and place on a low flame. Add the bay leaf. Saute the onions, rice . Once slightly brown add in the paste and kale. Give a mix.
3. Add in the tomatoes , salt and let it become soft. Now add sufficient amount of water and let it cook for 3 whistles or till done.
