Ingredients for Kale Cheese Toast
- › 15 g cheese (cheddar)
- › 40gm Kale leaves (use any greens)
- › 1 bread slice (wholemeal) ~ 25 gm
- › 5 gm Chilly Sauce
- › Salt for taste
- › Low cal coconut spray
1. In a pan coat with oil spray and saute the kale leaves along with some salt till it becomes crisp.
2. Toast the bread slice. Layer it with the sauteed kale leaves, cheese slices, chilly sauce.
