Kala Chana Burger Patty
- kala Chana 40 gms
- oil 10ml
- little onion
Soak kala chana overnight
boil the chana and discard the water
heat 5ml oil and saute onions
add the boiled chana
add the spices like turmeric, aamchur powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, chilly powder
cool mixture and smash with hands or masher
make patty. 40 gms chana should roughly make 3/4 patties depending on size
heat remaining 5 ml oil and shallow fry the patties.
as the mixture is already cooked the shallow fry is needed only to give the brown colour.
eat it with chutney or add it to bun and enjoy the burger.
