Kadu ki barfi
- Grated Pumpkin : 200 g
- Almond Milk : 300 ml
- Ghee : 20 g
- Almonds : 5 g (chopped)
- Any artificial sweetener : 5 g
- Cardamom Powder : 5 g
Heat the milk on low flame till it solidifies.
In a pan, add ghee and pumpkin. Cook it covered with a lid for 10 minutes on low flame.
Add the artificial sweetener, cardamom powder and solidified milk. Cook for 2 minutes
Grease the vessel and place cooked the pumpkin in it. Garnish with almonds and cool it before serving.
