How to make kadu ki barfi


Heat milk on low flame till it solidifies. In pan add 20g ghee add Pumpkin and cook it covered for 10 min on low flame. Add Sugerfree/ stevia, cardamom powder and solidified milk. Cook for 2 min Grease the vessel and place cooked Pumpkin in it ..garnish with almonds and cool it Chill in fridge Remove with the help of knife and cut into pieces.....yeah Pumpkin burfi is ready. Yummy,healthy and Low calorie ....
