How to make Kadi Chawal,Piri Piri chicken & Karela

Step-1

For Piri Piri chicken Step 1 Add 5 gms ghee to a non stick pan Step 2 Add boneless chicken cut in small cubes and saute for 5 mins Step 3 Add 1 table spoon Piri Piri Sauce and cook for 5 Mins

Step 1 Add 5 gms ghee to a pan Step 2 Add Saunf and chopped onions followed by Karela Step 3 Cook for 10-15 mins Step 4 Add salt,pepper,turmeric and tomatoes (place the tomatoes on top) and cover tightly with a lid and cook for 10 mins Step 5 Remove to lid and mix the tomatoes and karela and cook further for 10 mins

For Dahi Kadhi Step 1 Add ghee to a pan Step 2 Add onion and cook for 5-7 mins Step 3 Add besan and kasoori methi and cook for 5 mins Step 4 Blend the curd and add to pan and cook on high flame and keep stirring and cook until it starts to boil Step 5 Add spices (salt,turmeric,red chilli powder)
