Kadhi pakoda in appe pan

100g besan (50g for pakode and 50g for kadhi)
200g yogurt/curd
10ml oil (5ml for pakode and 5ml for tadka)
Water
Salt
Red chili powder
Baking soda 1/4tsp
Jeera
Mustard seeds/rai
Hing/asofoetida

Step-1
Make a thin batter of 50gm besan, water, baking soda, red chili powder and salt
Step-2
Make small pakode in appe pan with 5ml oil. I used non stick appe pan, hence used only 5ml oil
Step-3
Make kadhi with the remaining ingredients
Step-4
Add pakode to hot kadhi. Give tadka to the kadhi and enjoy with roti or rice.
