How to make Kadhi Chawal
Step-1
Make pakoras in appe pan by mixing 25g of besan, 1 tsp of curd, finely chopped onion,green chillies,salt and crushed coriander seeds and Baking soda
Step-2
Add remaining curd, besan, salt, turmeric powder, 150 gm of water and mix everything to a smooth batter. Now in a pan heat the remaining oil, add mustard seeds, hing, and red chillies. Let them cook for few seconds and add curd mix to it. Keep stirring the mix until it starts boiling. Let it cook for 10-15 min on low medium flame with intermittent stirring. Add pakoras to it and serve it with plain rice
