- Paneer - 60 Grams
- Spices - Coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, dry red chilli, pepper
- Tomato - 50 Grams
- Onion - 30 Grams
- Capsicum - 40 Grams
- Garlic and Ginger
- Ghee - 5 Grams
Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin, peppercorns and 1 red chilli and grind it in coarsely.
Puree half of the tomato and finely chop garlic, half of the onion and ginger.
Heat ghee and add chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Saute it till it is lightly brown.
Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
Chop capsicum, other half of tomato and onion in square shape.
Brush a pan with ghee and saute the veggies with a pinch of salt.
Cook cubed paneer in the same pan from all the sides.
Now add pinch of red chilli and coarse mixture of coriander seeds and toss it.
Now add the gravy in the pan and mix it.
Enjoy the kadhai Paneer with chapati 😋
