How to make kadhai paneer
step 1: kadai masala- take a pan and dry roast 1tsp cumin, 1.5 tsp coriander seeds, 1.5tsp fennel seeds, 3 red chilli and grind them later on.
step 2: gravy- take a kadhai, add 10gms ghee in it, then add garlic and slit green chili and roast them till golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes and gravy tomatoes in it and add in the spices like cumin powder 1tsp, haldi 1tsp, coriander powder 1tsp, garam masala 1tsp and kadhai masala 2tsp in it and saute them till. the gravy become mushy add in water to prevent it from burning.
step 3: paneer tikka: cut paneer in slices and sprinkle salt, chilli powder, haldi powder and garam masala on it. then take a pan add slice of paneer and roast it till it gets a brown layer on it then add diced capsicum and onions and 2gms of ghee in it. fry them and add some salt and 2tsp kadhai masala on it.
step 4: transfer paneer tikka in gravy and cook for 2mins. Add cream if you want and add some ginger nad coriander leaves on it
Enjoy with roti or naan...
