How to make Kabab e Bahar


Boil soya chunks with a little salt added to it and drain water once it's boiled, now mash paneer and grind soya chunks along with green chillies and garlic in the mixie , add coriander leaves, salt ,red chilly powder, onion, sooji and some kabab masala to it ,once all the condiments are mixed properly roll the mixture into small balls and flatten it , now you can heat a non stick pan and put these flattened balls on it one by one and cook it on slow flame, be careful while turning it as it's very soft trust me it's too yum and melts in your mouth instantly


you can serve it hot with green chutney and salad of your choice or you can use some onions tomatoes and cucumber which I have used to decorate and make it more attractive
