soya granules 50 gms dry
onion 1 small
tomato 2 medium

Step-1
step 1 soak soya granules in hot water
Step-2
step 2 wash and cut green methi
Step-3
put oil in pan, then garlic
Step-4
add chopped onion and cook until it will become traslusent
Step-5
add tomato methi and cook for some time, then add sqeezed soya granules and cover for 5 min.
Step-6
serve hot or take in tiffin as lunch sabji
