How to make Jowar - Methi Muthia
Mix all the contents except ghee.
Make like a chapathi dough by pouring water little by little. The dough should not be watery or stick to hands.
Roll the dough like a cylindrical shape.
Brush oil on the colander of steamer and place the dough roll for 10mins or until it cools fully. Check by inserting a toothpick which should come clean.
Take it out and let it cool completely.
Once cool, cut the roll slowly into circular pieces.
In a hot pan, add ghee, let mustard seeds and sesame seeds (very little) and put the cut pieces on pan.
Turn each piece and fry for a minute.
Serve with your favorite green chutney.
