Jini Dosa with paneer

Paneer 100 g
ID idly dosa batter 60g
Finely chopped veggies
Schezwan chutney 1 tsp
Butter-10 g
Cheese cube-1
Pav bhaji masala
Dhania jeera powder
Salt

Step-1
Finely chop cabbage, capsicum, spring onions,bell pepper etc
Step-2
Cut paneer into cubes,sprinkle salt , dhania jeera powder,pav bhaji masala

Heat 3 g butter in nonstick pan,add cumin seeds
When they splutter , add paneer cubes, sauté

Heat nonstick dosa tawa, brush little butter
Step-5
Spread dosa batter to form a thin papery dosa

Add veggies, sprinkle salt ,add paneer

Cover it with lid , for few mins
Step-8
Remove lid and add grated cheese

Roll the dosa
Step-10
Cut into 3 pieces , garnish with cheese & spring onions

Jini paneer dosa is ready!!enjoy!!
It is served vertically ( don’t know why 😀) with grated cheese on top and coconut chutney or sambar
