How to make Instant soya paneer Dosa
Step-1
Step 1 - In mixing jar add wheat flour , soya flour , semolina , curd , green chilly , ginger , salt and make a batter of medium consistency, rest the batter for about 15 mins.
Step 2 - On Non stick pan spread the Batter gently like set Dosa and fry on both sides on medium heat .
Step 3 - add grated paneer on the set dosa and fold it half .
( adding cheese makes it even more tastier, tough I didnt add )
Thats it !!
Quick simple filling and tasty too !!
Can make 4 mini set dosa with above mentioned ingredients quantity .
Ideal for light dinner option
Served with Tomato and Bottle gourd chutney.
