How to make Instant Ragi dosa with peanut chutney

Step-1

Mix ragi flour, wheat flour and yogurt. Keep aside for 10 min and then add a pinch of baking soda. Batter is now ready to make dosa. The amount makes 2 large sized dosas.

Step-2

For chutney add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and 2 dried red chillies to hot oil and roast until seeds splutter. Add some curry leaves and garlic and roast again. Once garlic is nice and brown add the urad dal and peanuts. Roast well. Now blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
