Instant protein cake
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 15 gm Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 50gm Banana
- 25 ml milk
- 15 gm Walnuts (optional) (Not included in calorie calculations)
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a cup or a small bowl.
Mash the bananas well. Bananas can be replaced with mashed sweet potato or pumpkin puree.
Now mix everything together in cake batter consistency. Make sure there are no lumps.
Microwave it for approx 1 and half minutes. Let it cool down before adding any toppings or else just dig in.
