Instant Paddu and coconut Chutney
- Rawa 40 gm
- Poha 20 gm
- curd 10 gm
- oil 5gm
- baking soda
- green chillies
- Pudina leaves
- dry coconut
Mix curd, rawa and poha make a thik batter. keep it aside.
take a tawa add little oil, golden fry onion, then add green chillies and ginger. Add this mixture to the batter
heat padu tawa, add little oil in each hole, pore little in each
In other side, for making chutney, take tawa add little oil then add onion, pudina, green chilli. fry for few seconds.
take little amount of tamarind and keep it in water to make a juice of it
take a coconut, keep it in water.
Take a mixture grinder, Add all the ingredients, like fried onion, pudina, green chillies, coconut, tamarind and add little salt according to taste. grind it two to three times. Chutney is ready.
