How to make Instant Onion Rawa Dosa

Step-1

Mix suji, rice flour, salt with around 200 grams water and mix well

Step-2

Add chopped onion to the mix

Step-3

In a small pan, heat around 5 tsp ghee, add jeera hing and curry leaves and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add, chopped green chilies and ginger and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Add chopped green coriander and switch off gas

Step-4

Mix the jeera, chilies mix with the suji batter

Step-5

Dilute the batter to right consistency with water

Step-6

Heat dosa tawa and prepare with 5 grams of oil

Step-7

Makes approx 3-4 dosa in this quality
