How to make Instant Mini Masala Idli
Step-1
To make Fermented Batter :-
Wash udal dal n rice. Soak it 6 to 10 hrs. Grind it in mixer grinder.
Let it sit overnight to ferment.
Instant batter:-
Wash udad dal n rice. Soak it 4 to 6 hrs. Grind it in mixer. Just add 1 teaspoon soda /eno fruit salt and mix it well. instant batter is ready!
1. Make mini idlis by putting it in steamer for 10mins.
2. Ina hot pan/kadhai add oil/ghee and later add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
3. Add 1 tablespoon chopped onion n tomato.
4. Add chopped vegetables of ur choice.. Saute it until veggies are tender.
5. Add pav bhaji masala, salt, chilli powder, turmeric.
Mix well.
6. Add idlis n carefully mix n cover the pan on low heat for 2 mins
7.serve hot!!
