How to make Instant Dahi Bhalla

Step-1

Make a thick batter with suji,curd,grated ginger,chopped green chilli & sakt

Step-2

Let it rest for 20-25 min.

Step-3

Add 1/2 tsp fruit salt or baking powder and mix well

Step-4

Grease appe pan and pour batter in the pan

Step-5

Cover with lid and turn in between

Step-6

Once done,let it cool&add in beaten curd and keep in refrigerator

Step-7

Serve cool.Sprinkle some chat masla,tamarind Chutney and green coriander for added flavour
