Ingredients for instant carrot uttapam
- › rawa/sooji- 50 g
- › curd- 25g
- › carrot- 20g
- › spices as per taste
- › baking soda
Method
1. step 1: mix rawa, curd and water to make a thick batter. keep aside for 10 mins
2. step 2: add grated carrots, spluttered mustard seeds, chopped green chilliespinch of turmeric and salt. you can add spices of your choice if you wish to.
3. step 3: add a pinch of baking soda to the batter right before cooking
4. step 4: spread the batter evenly in circular motion on a pre heated pan.cook on each side for about 30 seconds on medium flame.
