How to make Indo Chinese veggies 🙂
Step-1
1.Tawa roast paneer
Step-2
2.Heat pan and add onion and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 min
Step-3
3.Add peas and cook with lid on for 2 min
Step-4
4.Add rest of the veggies and cook for 3-4 more min.
Step-5
5.Add salt,chilli flakes,1/2tsp soy sauce,1/2 vinegar and mix well.
Step-6
6.Add tawa roasted paneer and cook for 1 min
Step-7
Ready to serve.
U can add Tabasco sauce as well(1/2tsp) for more spicy taste.
Had it with steamed rice 🍚
Step-8
Sprinkle some sesame seeds for garnish
