Ingredients for Indian style tofu fried rice
- › 50 gms rice
- › Half a capsicum
- › One onion
- › One tomato
- › Cabbage strips (handful)
- › Lemon (according to taste)
- › Salt
- › Cumin powder-1 tbsp
- › Garam masala-1 tbsp
- › Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
- › Chilli powder-1 tbsp
- › Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Method
1. Cook rice separately.In a pan heat coconut oil,add onions ,ginger garlic paste and sauté for a bit.Add the rest of the veggies,spices and tofu and sauté for 5 mins until soft.Add the rice and finish off with lemon.
