How to make Indian style tofu fried rice

Step-1

Cook rice separately.In a pan heat coconut oil,add onions ,ginger garlic paste and sauté for a bit.Add the rest of the veggies,spices and tofu and sauté for 5 mins until soft.Add the rice and finish off with lemon.
