Ingredients for Indian pasta ...Daal dhokli
- › wheat flour
- › tur daal
- › ghee
Method
1. make a dough of wheat flour by adding spices n condiments.Then flatten the dough n cut it in to diamond shapes..heat water in a wok n put these pastas to boil.
2. meanwhile pressure cook dal n make a dal by tempering it with seasonings
3. now add this dal to the boiling pasta n let both dal n dhoklis boil together for sometime.
4. serve hot with ghee n garnished vth coriander...n lots of lemon..n eat it hot... yumm dal dhokli is a wholesome meal
