- 500ml milk
- 30g rice powder ( wash it and strain out the water and let it dry for 2 to 3hrs) then blend...
- Cardamom Powder
- Ice cream for decoration
Phirni Recipe Add little around 100 ml milk in it... keep it aside... boil rest of the milk for 10 mins ( keep stirring in between) then add kesar and stir for couple of minutes... Now add the mixture in it and keep stirring it... Add cardamom powder and stevia and stir till you get a good consistency... please note it should not be too thick or liquidy Immediately put it bowl and let cool and then put in fridge... Garnish as you like...
