Ingredients for Idli
- › 40g whole green moong soaked for 8 hours
- › 100g cabbage
- › 2 green chillies
- › salt
- › 50g suji/rawa
Method
1. in a blender, add all the ingredients except suji and blend to fine paste ..use little water if requiredto make dosa like consistency once it's grinded, add suji to this paste let sit for 4-5 minutes boil water in a pot,bpour this mixed batter in the idli mould and steam for 15 minutes
