Ingredients for Idli-Khaman Fusion
- › 1) besan 30 gm 2) rice flour 20 gm 3) buttermilk 100 ml 4) oil 2 gm 5) baking powder and soda
1. 1) Take besan and rice flour in a pot. 2) Add baking powder and soda (half-half table spoon) 3) Add salt to taste. 4) Add buttermilk to mixture. 5) Mix and add water to till you get semiliquid consistency. 6) Cover and keep the better aside for some time . 7) Prepare the steamer, grease the idli plate with 2-3 drops of oil. 8) Pour the mixture into it and put the plate in steamer. 9) Let it steam for 10-15 mins. 10) Take some oil in a pan put some mustard seeds and kadi patta in it, add little oil & roast them till the become crispy, pour & spread them over the set idli-khaman post taking them out of steaming plate. 11) Server with home made chutneys & curd. Enjoy
