40g Soaked & Boiled Chickpeas ( Chole )
2-3 tsp Hung Curd
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3-4 tsp Olive Oil
4-5 tsp of Warm Water
Direction
Step-1
Soak the Chickpeas overnight.
Step-2
Boil them and strain them into a food processor.
Step-3
Add in the Garlic Cloves, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Cumin Powder, Salt, Hung Curd
Step-4
Add 2 tsp of warm water.
Step-5
Keep checking the mix and keep adding the warm water and olive oil as per the consistency turns to a creamy Dip.
Step-6
Toast the breads and cut off slices of Bell Peppers, Capsicums, Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Beans
Step-7
Enjoy with adding Olive oil on the top for the plating along with paprika or red chilli powder.
