hot pot chicken
- Chicken boneless 200 gma
- Rice - 50 gm
- Veggies - tomato, onion, carrot, capsicum 10g each
- Coriander leaves/ mixed Italian herbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Water as required.
- Cornflour (optional)
Wash and soak rice for 20 mins. Chop chicken to bite size pieces.
Boil chicken. Strain to remove the scum.
Take 300 ml water. Boil. Add chicken, rice and all veggies. Add salt.
Cook till all ingredients done. Can adjust water. ( add cornflour paste, optional)
Season with black pepper and. Coriander leaves. Italian herbs can be used instead of coriander for different flavour.
