Ingredients for Hot cocoa oatmeal (proats)
- › 50gms bananas 🍌
- › 30gms Kiwis 🥝
- › 30gms strawberries🍓
- › 100ml cow's milk
- › 50gms rolled oats
- › 1scoop protein powder (chocolate)
- › 10gms mixed roasted seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and flax)
- › 1Tbsp (5gms) cocoa pwd
- › 1/2 tsp instant coffee pwd
1. Add oats, cocoa pwd, coffee pwd and mashed banana in a pot.
2. Pour milk and bring to a boil.
3. Add 1 scoop whey protein.
4. Give it a good mix.
5. Remove in a bowl.
6. Top with chopped 🍓🍌🥝 and seeds.
7. Njoy 😋 steaming hot 🔥
