horse gram 75 gms
3 GM coconut oil
3 chillies

Step-1
Hand squeeze the horsegram( little bit).
Step-2
Grind 3 green chilli, pinch of asafoetida, 3gm of coconut oil .
And some lemon juice to the mixture.
Add this mixture to the squeeze Horse gram.
Garnish with some Coriander and salt. Onions can be added based on preferences.

Step-4
For Rasam
Take 2 spoons of cooked horse gram and smash it.
Boil the horse gram water along with smashed horse gram.
Season it with garlic,chilli powder and little amchur powder.
add tomatoes as per preference.
Your rasum is ready
