Ingredients

Mustard: 30 gm

Rosemary, fresh or dried, crushed: 7 gm

Mint flakes, chopped fresh or dried: 3-4 gm

Honey: 30 gm

Salt: 5 gm

Pepper, coarsely ground: 1 gm

Lean lamb loin chops: 340 gm

Method

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Step 2

Combine everything except the lamb chops in a small bowl, and stir well.

Step 3

Trim fat from lamb, and place chops on a broiler pan.

Step 4

Broil minutes on each side.

Step 5

Brush mustard mixture over chops.

Step 6

Broil chops for minutes on each side or until the desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with mustard mixture.
