Onion and capsicum
1 leftover or cooked roti
1 teaspoon of butter

Step-1
In a bowl add add onion and capsicum

To it add origano and chilly flakes, salt if needed
Step-3
Add ketchup to make a mixture
Step-4
Apply some sauce on the roti and pace the mixture in it
Step-5
Grate the cheese on top

Then add butter in a pan and cook upside down, till it turns golden brown and crispy.
