Ingredients for Homemade Ice cream from fresh fruits
- › Strawberries 400g
- › Banana 396g
- › Whipping cream 250ml
- › Vanilla essence
- › Cream stiffener :optional
1. Cut banana into bite sized pieces and freeze for a few hours
2. Blend the frozen banana in the food processor, now add strawberries and blend together
3. Add the whipping cream and vanilla essence , stiffener if you decide to add. Turns out well even without cream stiffener.
4. You can add other berries if you like. freeze for 6 hours to taste the most creamy ice-cream
