- 200gm oats (I used rolled oats)
- 50gm dates syrup (you can get it ready made or make ut at home with pitted dates ,just make a paste in food processor) or you can use honey
- Almonds 15gm or any seeds/nuts
- 10gm raisins & cranberry
- Pinch of salt
- cinnamon powder , vanilla extract(optional)
Mix the dry ingredients together now start adding dates syrup/honey and mix it good . Add a pinch or two of salt mix it nicely.
Spread in a tray or bowl (microwaveable) Heat up microwave convection on 200°C for 10min. Now transfer bowl/tray to microwave/oven set the timmer to 20-25min . Make sure to check the granola every 10min and mix it up to cook even.
