Home made Masala Paneer
- 1 litre cow milk
- 1 lemon
- 10 gm chopped coriander leaves
1. Boil milk in a pan. Once boiled, reduce the flame.
Add salt, roasted cumin seeds, coriander leaves, red chilly powder or chilly flakes, 1 pinch garam masala. Mix well.
Add lemon juice and again mix well.
Drain out the water from the paneer.
Cover the paneer with something heavy so that it gets the shape you desire.
Let it cool down completely. Once cooled, cut in pieces and its ready to use.
