Home made ice cream
- 90gm natural greek yogurt
- 50gm frozen banana
- 20gm natural creamy peanut butter
- 99% dark chocolate
- Chocolate essence
Slice bananas and freeze for 2-3 hours
After that, take then out. Put them In a blender, add the greek yogurt, creamy protein butter. Blend them all well till smooth. Add stevia (if required).
Pour in a bowl, add chopped dark chocolate. Freeze for 5-6 hours and then serve.
