How to make Home made DOSA
Step-1
Ingredients for crispy dosa recipe – 1
½ cup Urad dal (or whole skinned black gram)
1½ cups Rice (Refer notes)
1 tablespoon chana dal (or bengal gram)
½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds or methi seeds (optional)
2 tablespoon poha or attukulu or beaten rice.
rock salt or non iodized salt or crystal salt as needed.
