Ingredients for high protein
- › Fresh Strawberries - 4-5
- › Skimmed milk - 100ml
- › Whey - 1 scoop
Method
1. 1. Add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder jar.
2. 2. Grind then for 5 mins .
3. 3. Check the smoothie for the thickness.
4. 4. If the thickness looks fine and all the ingredients are mixed properly just like a shake .
5. 5. Pour the smoothie in a glass or shaker.
6. 6. Enjoy it with oats or muesli in the breakfast.
