# Recipe: 1. Take soya chunks and grated paneer and mix them 2. Add spices according to taste and mix them properly with batter 3. Make tikkis from this batter 4. On heated non stick pan, apply ghee and roast all Tikkis (One tikki took 2 smal drops of ghee and made it on slow flame)
