high protein soya rawa pancackes
- 35 gm soya chunks
- 45 gm semolina/rawa
- 50 gm curd
- 75 gm veggies
- 15 gm ghee
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Add semolina, soya chunks powder ( I grinded soya chunks in mixer), curd , veggies in a bowl.
add water to make a batter . Batter should not be very thick or thin. Add salt and black pepper . keep it aside for 8-10 min . Add more water if necessary.
Heat tawa . With the help of laddle make small size pancakes . make small size as it would be easy for you to flip them. use ghee to roast them well and you are done with your tasty pancakes /uttapam. you can easily make 4 pancakes with thus batter. You can adjust ghee according to ur macros .
