- › Whey 1 scoop
- › Paneer 100 gms
Method
1. Grind whey and paneer in a mixer and make them into the shapes you prefer. You can add nuts or any flavour of your choice. I made these with mango flavoured whey. Please refrigerate and complete it through the day.
