High Protein Pizza
- 50gm soya chunks made to powder
- 50gm wheat flour/all purposeflour
- 2gm oil
- dry yeast
- tea spoon salt
- pizza sauce 25gm
- mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix 50gm
- mix veggiee fir topping
Mix soya chunk flour and wheat flour, oil, activated yeast and salt Add water to bind them together. The dough should not be too tight or soft. Cover the dough with wet cloth and allow it to rest for 1hr for proofing.
Take the dough out and roll it on a baking tray. Apply the sauce then add cheese and then top it up with the veggies. Bake for 15min in a preheated oven at 180'c
This pizza is good for two people Tip-If you like the crust crunchy then after its baked put it on tava/pan for 5mins to make the crust more crispy.
