Ingredients for high protein pancakes
- › 3 eggs
- › 2 scoop chocolate whey
- › 50-60ml milk
- › baking powder
- › 12gms butter
Method
1. whisk all the ingredients in a bowl
2. butter the pan and make each pancake in medium heat.
3. once the pancakes are firm and fluffy, plate them.
4. please note that these are very dry. you can add honey/ peanut butter melted as per your macros
