high protein pancakes
- 35g oats
- 25g whey protien
- 1 whole egg
step 1- take 35g plain oats(i used disano whole grain oats) + scoop whey (my scoop size was 25g).
step 2- grind them together with help of any grinder.
step 3- take a bowl and put a whole egg in it .
step 4- pour grinded ingredients into the bowl .
step 5- mix it well and add a bit of toned milk or water to make a smooth batter.
step 6- when the batter is ready greese your pan to make it nonsticky and bake it on your pan in parts
