  • Recipe Ingredients listblack raisins : 10 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreek yogurt (any flavor): 50 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listbutter : 1gm

Direction

Step-1

Take 1 whole and 4 egg whites and whisk properly.

Step-2

Dilute custard powder with 2-3 table spoon of water.

Step-3

Add diluted custard to eggs, add half raisins and whisk.

Step-4

Put non-stick pan on slow flame and brush butter on it.

Step-5

Pour the mixture in the pan and cover the lid.

Step-6

Cook till it become fluffy.

Step-7

Cut in peace and garnish with yoghurt and raisins

Step-8

Enjoy with black coffee 😊
