high protein pancake with Greek yogurt
- egg white : 4
- whole egg : 1
- custard powder : 5 gm
- black raisins : 10 gm
- Greek yogurt (any flavor): 50 gm
- butter : 1gm
Take 1 whole and 4 egg whites and whisk properly.
Dilute custard powder with 2-3 table spoon of water.
Add diluted custard to eggs, add half raisins and whisk.
Put non-stick pan on slow flame and brush butter on it.
Pour the mixture in the pan and cover the lid.
Cook till it become fluffy.
Cut in peace and garnish with yoghurt and raisins
Enjoy with black coffee 😊
