High protein pan cake
- Oats 30gms whey protein 30gms Milk 10ml ghee 4gms Water (as per consistency)
Take 30gms plain oats grind it to powder form. Add 30gm whey protein (flavoured) to it. Add 10ml of milk and water for batter like consistency and mix it in the mixer. Take a pan and pour your batter and add ghee to it. cook on both sides.
