high protein muffins - egg soya paneer

Oats 50gms
4 eggs
Soya chunks 50gms
Paneer 100gm
Mozzarella cheese 20gm
Capsicum 1 mid size , 1 small onion Can add any vegetables of your choice
Salt as per your taste
Direction
Step-1
Grind soya chunks and oats into powder
Use blender to make paneer more like cheese cream kind of form by using little amount of water or milk while blending
Step-2
Beat all eggs in a bowl and mix powdered oats and soya , blended paneer to it
Step-3
Can add herbs like oregano thyme etc with salt to the mix
Step-4
Add all finally chopped vegetables to the mixture
Step-5
Grease cupcake/ muffin mould with a brush tipped with oil
Step-6
Pre heat oven at 220c , put little cheese as topping over all muffins and put them in oven for 20-25 minutes at same temperature
Step-7
I have not used butter or baking soda in this dish but if you want you can use it
